Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Identra's authentication platform, websites, SDKs, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Services
Identra provides developer authentication infrastructure. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Services in accordance with these Terms and any plan you select. You are responsible for your account, your end users, and the data you process through the Services.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to breach security or authentication controls, reverse-engineering except where permitted by law, reselling the Services without authorization, or using them to violate the rights of others or any applicable law. We may suspend access that threatens the security or integrity of the Services.
3. Your data
You retain all rights to the data you and your end users submit ("Customer Data"). We process Customer Data only to provide the Services, as described in our Privacy Notice and, where applicable, our Data Processing Addendum.
4. Fees
Paid plans are billed on a flat, predictable basis — not per active user. Fees are described at the time of purchase and are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated.
5. Availability & changes
We work to keep the Services available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of material adverse changes where we can.
6. Disclaimers & liability
The Services are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Identra is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the Services in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Services ends and we will handle Customer Data as described in our Privacy Notice.
