Subprocessors

Identra engages a small set of trusted sub-processors to provide the Services. We impose data-protection obligations on each consistent with our Data Processing Addendum, and we update this list as our infrastructure evolves.
Infrastructure & hosting
Cloud infrastructure and edge delivery providers host and route the Services. These providers process operational data necessary to run and secure the platform.
Database
A managed PostgreSQL provider stores platform and tenant data, isolated at the row level.
Email delivery
An email delivery provider sends transactional messages (verification, notifications, support correspondence) on our behalf.
Payments
A payment processor handles billing for paid plans. Identra does not store full card details.
Changes
We will update this page when we add or change a sub-processor. For the current signed list or to request notice of changes, use our contact form.
